The site is operated by “Orvelle Club” with registered office at ADDRESS, Cardiff, CF14 8LH. For any communication you can write to info@orvelle.club.

These terms govern the retail sale of Orvelle Club branded clothing and accessories through the site, aimed at consumers of legal age.

Most items are made to order: after your purchase we begin production of the article. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes; slight differences in colour or detail, due in part to how your screen renders them, do not constitute a defect.

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before the order is confirmed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, handled through certified providers; Orvelle Club does not store full card details.

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is considered concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right not to accept orders in the event of unavailability, manifest pricing errors or suspected fraudulent use.

Times, costs and destinations are described on the Shipping page. As production is mostly made to order, the crafting time of the item is added to the delivery times, always indicated at the time of purchase.

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days by law; we voluntarily extend the window to 30 days. Methods, conditions and exceptions (personalised items) are described on the Returns & refunds page.

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code. In the event of a defect you’re entitled to restoration of conformity or, under the conditions set by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

The Orvelle Club brand, logos, texts, images, graphics and site content are the property of the owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the content and the continuity of the service, without however assuming any obligation of result in that regard. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any interruptions of the site or indirect damage arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction. The option to use the European ODR platform for the online resolution of disputes remains unaffected.

We may update these terms for regulatory or operational reasons. The version applicable to your order is the one published at the time of purchase.
