How it works
Five steps
Create an account
Sign up with your Orvelle Club account and complete your Creator profile: artist name, biography and portfolio.
Submit your design
Send us links to your work along with a title, description and category. No print-ready file is needed at this stage.
Review
Our team checks the quality of the work and that it infringes no copyright or trademark. We reply within [N] working days, always with a reason.
Publication
If the work is accepted we sign the licence agreement and your design reaches Orvelle Club garments, with your name beside every product.
Royalties
Every garment carrying your design earns you a royalty when it is bought. You see it in your statement, itemised by the orders that generated it.

Creator
You are an illustrator, a graphic designer, an artist. You license your work to Orvelle Club and earn a royalty on every garment that carries it.
Collector
You love an artist’s work. You buy the Orvelle Club garment that carries their design, follow the creators you care about and save your favourite pieces.
Brand
You want to use a work from our catalogue for a project of your own. Get in touch: together with the artist we agree scope and duration, and propose a tailored commercial licence.
Royalties
Transparency on what you earn
Every creator receives a percentage of the value of the garments carrying their work. The calculation is automatic and always inspectable: your statement shows the orders, the basis of calculation and the amount earned.
A clear basis
The royalty is [N]% of the garment value net of VAT and of any discount applied. Shipping and taxes are excluded from the calculation.
Reversals are tracked
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding royalty is reversed with its own entry. The balance always reconciles.
Payout on request
Once you pass the [amount] minimum threshold you can submit a payout request. Amounts are paid net of the withholdings required by law.
Creator tiers
Explorer, Pro, Elite
Tiers are based on published, checkable numeric criteria, not on discretionary judgement. Reach the threshold and you move up.

For those starting out. Submit up to [N] works at a time and get a reasoned reply on each of them.
Pro Creator
From [N] published works and [N] garments sold
Greater visibility in the catalogue, priority in review and access to the advanced profile tools.
Elite Creator

Dedicated campaigns, official collaborations with Orvelle Club and the option to negotiate exclusivity on an individual work.
Rules
What we ask
- Works must be original and yours to license.
- Submitting content protected by copyright or trademark without written authorisation is prohibited.
- Orvelle Club may decline a work that does not meet the platform’s standards, always stating the reason.
- Royalties are paid according to the terms of the licence agreement you sign.
