Returns & refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. That’s more than the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days): we chose to give you more time because a decision made calmly is a better decision — for you and for the planet.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

• Intact and unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
• Free from signs of wear, stains or odours (perfume, smoke, deodorant).
• Returned in its original packaging, where possible.

Email us at resi@orvelle.club with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply within 48 business hours with the return label and instructions. Pack the parcel and hand it to the courier indicated: we’ll take care of the rest.

Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll issue the refund within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase. You’ll get an email as soon as the refund is initiated; how quickly it appears then depends on your bank.

Prefer a different size or colour? We handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order: that way we can guarantee availability and the same quality as always. Get in touch and we’ll guide you step by step.

Most of our pieces are made to order but in standard sizes, so they remain subject to the right of withdrawal. The exception is items personalised at your specific request (for example embroidery or made-to-measure sizing), which by law are not refundable, except in the case of a defect.

If you receive a damaged or non-conforming item, you’re entitled to repair, replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Let us know as soon as you notice, with a few photos: we’ll sort it out right away.
